5:2 Diet — Day 4

Whew. Been a “busy” day goofing off and raging about the PvP system of Avengers Alliance. *_*

Anyway, when I came home Saturday, I ended up taking a small amount of grilled chicken (less than 100 calories worth) to patch me through. I’d gone to the grocery store on my way home, and that made me just incredibly hungry. ^_^;

When I got up later Saturday, I checked the weight — 350.8.  I’d be lying if I said that losing 5.6 pounds in four days wasn’t encouraging, but as I keep saying (to remind myself more than anything), the real test will be my weight on Wednesday. Indeed, while I expect that my overall weight will be down, I think it will be more along the lines of a couple of pounds or so.  We’ll see.

I treated myself to some Taco Bell’s Doritos Locos Taco Supreme and a burrito supreme. Man, those things are good (and in a few days, they’ll have the Cool Ranch Doritos version).

I also splurged with a might too many Mega Stuf Oreos. ^_^;

For dinner, I had a large hamburger patty and some loaded mashed potatoes. For a snack, I sampled some of the new Lay’s potato chips. Chicken and Waffles tasted like chicken grease with a hint of syrup while the Cheesy Garlic Bread chips weren’t too bad.  I’m glad that I only bought the sampler pack rather than full bags.

I feel rather stuffed at the moment and I know I ate WAY too many cookies (don’t ask how many ’cause I didn’t count). Those will be gone soon and NOT replaced. ^_^;;;

Not sure what I’m going to do about food tomorrow. I’ll figure that out when I get up. ^_^
