It’s a scam 🙁 here are some google results with the same email and an interchanged company name
I’m fucked and without a job as well. When I found your post I was pretty psyched too because I have a CS background and you have an IT background (so it seems from a few of your posts).
I was actually offered a lesser job than you. I guess I can’t win in any dimension.
I knew it was weird I couldn’t find anything about their company and they didn’t link a site in the email. bah.
I just realized your post was sarcastic in regards to the job offer.
I guess I’m the only idiot! 😉 Tough times make people delusional.
Hi qq — thanks for writing. Yeah, I was being sarcastic, but I can see how that was missed. ^_^ No worries.
As to the job situation, I pray you find a job soon. I’m still waiting for an offer but we’ll see what happens. Sadly, our president is more interested in establishing a socialist nightmare than in fixing the problem with proven solutions. I’d love President Obama if he would follow President Reagan’s lead but alas, that’s not going to happen.
thank you, I wish you the best as well =)
If you haven’t heard of it, indeed.com is a very good job searching site. I was able to work on contract for at&t by finding a job posting of theirs on it. It’s definitely worth a look, especially for IT/CS professionals like yourself!
I’ll check that out. Thanks. ^_^
