Not a lot to report this week. I went to a website (HomeGain.com) where Realtors contact me via the site. I say what I want and then the Realtors respond. I then look over their proposals and pick the one I feel is best. At the moment, I think I’ve narrowed it down to two. I plan to start looking at actual places next week (Lord willing). Should be interesting to see places in my price-range.
AstroNerdBoy bloviates and rambles about different things.
It would be great if one can negotiate for a lower price based on the house condition.
